Mocha is a singer, dancer and a bit of a controversial blogger. 

Esther Margaux ‘Mocha’ Justiniano Uson has a bachelors degree in medical technology, and studied medicine for a couple of years before dropping out to pursue a career in music. She’s a cofounder of the group Mocha Girls. She’s also one of the most well-known bloggers in the Philippines, and dispensed advice on sexuality before starting to shift toward politics, where she supported current president Rodrigo Duterte.

As a reward for her support, Duterte appointed her Assistant Secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office in 2017. She resigned from that office after about a year, following a series of boners. A year or so later Duterte appointed her as Deputy Executive Director of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, which didn’t go over too well
